This Memphis Style blend by Chris Marks of Three Little Pigs BBQ team, the ‘winningest’ Pitmaster in the American Royal World Series of Barbecue, delivers a distinct and much sought after flavour mix.
This winning rub combines fresh ground black, white and red pepper, coarse kosher salt and sugar, topped off with a hit of Worcestershire powder and other spices.
With just a bit of sugar in the blend, the BBQ rub can work with any meat cooked on grills or smokers.
Ingredients
Salt, spices, sugar, sodium diacetate, corn starch, dehydrated onion and garlic, tomato powder, monosodium glutamate, caramel colour, torula yeast, malic acid, natural flavours, citric acid, guar gum, less than 2% calcium stearate to prevent caking.
