Blues Hog Pork Marinade Mix was created to help boost the pork flavour of your pork shoulders, butts or whole hog.
It can be used as a brine, Injection or soak, and let this marinade do the work to amplify the flavour profile on any of your larger cuts of pork on for pork steaks and chops.
This is ideal marinade, injection, or even an Au Jus.
Ingredients
Sugar, Salt, Brown Sugar, Sodium Phosphate, Dehydrated Onion and Garlic, Hydrolysed Corn Protein, Yeast Protein, Yeast Extract, Spices, Xanthan Gum, Molasses, Maltodextrin, Corny Syrup Solids, Soybean Oil, Natural Flavours, Disodium Inosinate, Disodium Guanylate, Caramel Colour, Soy Sauce Solids (wheat, Soybeans, Salt), Palm Oil, Tamarind, and not more than 2% Calcium Silicate (added to prevent caking).
