The Broil King® Monarch™ barbecue signature cast iron grids are reversible. One side is pointed giving you perfect grill marks, while the other side is grooved giving you the option to capture any juices which will help with basting while you are cooking. If you keep the cooking grids seasoned this will give you a great durable non-stick finish.
