LumberjAxe Food Company commenced from a passion of good food, barbeque, and grilling. Having enjoyed the journey of producing good food for good people, wether it be at a family barbeque, or for a home cook, they always aim to provide the best quality possible. As a company they strive to provide their customers with an authentic American barbeque experience at the heart of the UK. By providing them with the high quality products they require, to get the results they need. They started LumberjAxe with their original 4 seasonings. Their aim with these products is to capture the overall 'main' 4 flavours of BBQ. These to this day remain the pillars of their business. ?Sweet Barbeque for those who have a sweet tooth, Hot Buffalo for those who like a kick, The T-Bone for all of their steak lovers and Garlic & Herb for something to spruce up your potatoes. After a kitchen discussion over food, they came up with their Hank Around the World series, in order to expand the range and provide flavours from various countries around the world, covering a large range of flavour profiles. These remain a great way to add some variety to any cook or BBQ party. After running the business for a few months, they started visiting their stockists and doing demo days as well as markets in order to get the LumberjAxe word out there. These are a great way for them to interact with various people inside the BBQ community, to get together and eat great food! (with some great rubs of course).
